Immersed within a beautifully
cared tropical garden, counting over 350 trees and plants,
the Hotel Emeraude Mauritius offers to its Guests 60 rooms in the 15
single storey typical Mauritian bungalows (2 rooms on ground
floor, 2 on the superior floor).
The Hotel
Emeraude Mauritius comprises 2 swimming pools, 1 spa tub, 1
restaurant, a pizzeria with firewood oven, open air barbeque
grill, 3 huts for relaxation or games (cards and so on),
billiards, pinball machine, ping pong. Typical Mauritian
straw umbrellas, sun chairs and towels are available to the
Guests on the beach. Massage, Boat Centre (windsurf, kayak,
diving, snorkeling, parasail, skiing), laundry services and
a la carte menus are available (please check with the
reception for rates).
A discreet entertainment program is foreseen (piano bar,
local groups and dances). The hotel has competitive
international telephone facilities available (we are
available to advise you on the various options available)
and internet through ADSL.

You have undoubtedly come to Mauritius for the sea. But also
the palate wants its part! Emeraude will astound you for the
variety, the genuineness and the familiarity of its food. In
the morning, a rich buffet breakfast.
At lunchtime, if you wish, a light lunch. In the evening,
when you come back from a lovely day at the sea or on tour,
and after a soothing shower (and even a beautiful Indian
Massage), after an appetizer at the poolside, a
extraordinary fish based dinner (if you do not fancy fish,
let us know! We will satisfy you!). Without forgetting the
typical Mauritian and Oriental cuisine and a unique Italian
style
Pizza prepared in the wood fired oven.
The menu will vary day by day according to the daily market
availability and proposing only the best in terms of
freshness and quality.
